He wrote this on one of BTS ARMY’s posts. “Lovely Jubbly” is a phrase that has become popular with the British sitcom “Only Fools and Horses”. Today he came online and saw a fan’s comment. That’s the kind of thing you would say when you got good news or had a stroke of luck, ‘ah, adorable jubbly’. ” The phrase became extremely popular in the 1990s when Dell Boy used it before it was used on the sitcom “Only Fools and Horses”.
