The OnePlus 10 series is expected to be in the works and we’re starting to encounter leaks and reports telling us what to expect. The range would include two models: vanilla OnePlus 10 and OnePlus 10 Pro. 91mobiles had exclusively revealed that the flagship products would debut in late January or early February, two months before the usual launch cycle. Now tipster Max Jambor has shared more details on the global and Chinese launch times for OnePlus 10 Pro. Interestingly, there is no mention of OnePlus 10 vanilla but we believe it will debut on the same stage.

While it was initially believed that the phone would debut in all markets by January-February, the schedule shared by tipster Max Jambor suggests that the January-February schedule will be limited to China while the global launch will take place. takes place in March-April 2022. The latter falls into the typical refresh cycle of OnePlus. It looks like OnePlus is keen to take on Samsung’s Galaxy S22 series on its home soil in China right after their debut. The OnePlus 10 series launched in China will ship with the ColorOS skin, while the global variants are expected to ship with the new unified OPPO-OnePlus operating system.
According to the alleged leaked renders of the OnePlus 10 Pro, it has a square-shaped camera module on the back that will house three cameras and an LED flash. It is angled to sport a 6.7 inch curvature AMOLED display with a perforated cutout in the upper left corner of the screen to house the selfie snapper. The phone is reportedly packed with a 5,000mAh battery that can support 125W fast charging. It is said to come with a periscope lens that will support 5x optical zoom. The phone will have 5G network connectivity and will likely have an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security.
On the other hand, the standard OnePlus 10 may have an AMOLED flat screen, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a perforated cutout. Both phones are expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 SoC, aka Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The standard model can also have 5000mAh battery with 65W or 125W fast charge. We should know more about the phone in the future.
